  • coconut oil
  • Red pepper
  • asparagus
  • Medium onion
  • Pork sirloin

cooking instructions

  1. Slice the meat, season and put to one side.
  2. Finely chop the onion and pepper and slice the asparagus into 2 cm chunks.
  3. In a frying pan, or better still a wok, sauté all the vegetables with a little coconut oil. After a few minutes, add the meat and leave it all to simmer for 5-­7 minutes.
