- Pork sirloin
- Coconut oil
- Medium onion
- Red pepper
Slice the meat, season and put to one side.
Finely chop the onion and pepper and slice the asparagus into 2 cm chunks.
In a frying pan, or better still a wok, sauté all the vegetables with a little coconut oil. After a few minutes, add the meat and leave it all to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
