- Preheat a corrugated griddle or skillet with a little coconut oil and, when it’s hot enough, cook the cuttlefish for a few minutes on each side.
- Put the garlic, chopped parsley, salt and extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and stir.
- Serve the cuttlefish topped with the dressing.
