ingredients

  • spaghetti squash
  • raisins
  • rice
  • garlic clove
  • curry powder
  • fresh spinach
  • Ghee

cooking instructions

  1. In a saucepan boil the rice needed with 3 times the amount of water as rice, and the garlic. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and add the salt, curry and pumpkin. Cover and allow to cook over medium heat until the water evaporates.
  2. In a sauce pan, with a teaspoon of ghee, add the spinach, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the raisins.
  3. Mix with the rice and stir over a low heat for an additional few minutes.
