- Roasted red pepper
- Desalted cod
To scald the pepper, put it in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C, 300 degrees F, or gas mark 2
Wash the endive in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
Mix all the ingredients together; endive, scalded pepper, flaked cod and nuts.
Season to taste with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper....
