  • egg
  • banana
  • rice
  • garlic clove
  • coconut oil

cooking instructions

  1. the rice:
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over low heat and brown the sliced garlic cloves.
  3. Add rice, salt, fry for a few seconds and add twice the amount of water as you did rice. Cover and cook for 15-17 minutes over a low heat.
  4. Turn off heat and let stand.
  5. the egg and banana:
  6. Heat coconut oil in a pan, when heated, carefully add egg. Cook to taste.
  7. In the same pan, adding more coconut oil if needed, cut the banana in half lengthwise, and fry.
