- garlic clove
- coconut oil
- the rice:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over low heat and brown the sliced garlic cloves.
- Add rice, salt, fry for a few seconds and add twice the amount of water as you did rice. Cover and cook for 15-17 minutes over a low heat.
- Turn off heat and let stand.
- the egg and banana:
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, when heated, carefully add egg. Cook to taste.
- In the same pan, adding more coconut oil if needed, cut the banana in half lengthwise, and fry.
