- Coconut oil
- Coconut milk

Clean and prepare the vegetables.
Warm the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
Add the broccoli with water to cover and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Take out three quarters of the water and add coconut milk, pepper and curry.
Blend the whole mixture.
