  • egg
  • olive oil
  • garlic clove
  • salt
  • chive
  • Green pepper
  • Desalted cod

cooking instructions

  1. Finely slice the garlic and dice the pepper and onion.
  2. Put everything to sauté in a frying pan with some extra virgin olive oil. When the vegetables are lightly browned add the flaked cod and cook for 3­-4 minutes. Put to one side.
  3. Beat the eggs, season and pour them into the pan with the cod.
  4. Leave the eggs to set and then fold the mixture over like a French omelette.
