  1. Peel and core both apples and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Add quinoa, water, and apple to a saucepan.
  3. Bring it to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Stir in cinnamon and transfer to a serving bowl.
