cooking instructions

  1. Soak the agar­agar seaweed for 5 – 10 minutes.
  2. To make the omelette: beat the eggs and cook the omelette in a pan. Leave to cool and cut into small pieces.
  3. Wash the lettuce in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
  4. Peel and chop the carrots and mix with the lettuce, the agar­agar and the omelette.
  5. Season to taste with olive oil, vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper…
