- Soak the agaragar seaweed for 5 – 10 minutes.
- To make the omelette: beat the eggs and cook the omelette in a pan. Leave to cool and cut into small pieces.
- Wash the lettuce in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
- Peel and chop the carrots and mix with the lettuce, the agaragar and the omelette.
