  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chicken thigh
  • Medium leek
  • Cabbage
  • Turnip
  • Carrot
  • Medium onion
  • Chicken wings
  • Celery


  1. Peel the carrots and turnip and thoroughly wash the rest of the vegetables.
  2. Chop everything up. The pieces don’t have to be small.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into a pressure cooker over a high heat and cover.
  4. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium and leave for another 20 minutes.
  5. Strain the broth.
  6. Chop the vegetables you like best, flake the chicken and add to the bowl of broth.
