  • Pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Salt
  • Chicken breast
  • Medium onion
  • Coconut oil
  • Coconut milk
  • Ginger


  1. Quarter the chicken breasts and season.
  2. Brown the chicken for about 2 minutes in coconut oil and place it on a dish.
  3. Poach the finely chopped onion in the same pan. When it starts to brown add the coconut milk, chicken, curry powder and a little fresh, grated ginger.
  4. Leave it all to simmer for 10 – 12 minutes.
