  • Chicken breast
  • Peach
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Parsley


  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips and then into large chunks. Salt and pepper, and coat with the chopped parsley and thyme.
  2. Peel and wash the peach, cut in half and remove the seed. Then cut it into big chunks.
  3. Make the skewers so that the chicken and peach is mixed alternately. Brush with a little olive oil.
  4. Cook in the oven or grill on both sides so that the chicken is cooked through. But don’t cook it so long that it dries out.
