- Chicken breast
- Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips and then into large chunks. Salt and pepper, and coat with the chopped parsley and thyme.
- Peel and wash the peach, cut in half and remove the seed. Then cut it into big chunks.
- Make the skewers so that the chicken and peach is mixed alternately. Brush with a little olive oil.
- Cook in the oven or grill on both sides so that the chicken is cooked through. But don’t cook it so long that it dries out.
