Cheese and Spinach Omelette

  • Egg
  • Coconut oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Fresh spinach
  • Goat cheese


  1. Wash the spinach in plenty of water and slice. Sauté in a pan with a little coconut oil for 5­-7 minutes. Drain thoroughly and add the grated cheese.
  2. Beat the eggs, season and add the spinach to the grated cheese and stir.
  3. In a hot pan, cook the omelette until it sets on both sides and then serve.
