- Medium onion
Chop the cauliflower in
Remove all leaves and stems.
In a food processor add the cauliflower and process until it looks like rice, very small. Reserve.
Peel and finely chop the onion
Heat the ghee in a pan, add the cumin and sauté the onion until tender.
Add the cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. It should be crisp.
