- Medium onion
- Chop the cauliflower in 4. Remove all leaves and stems.
- In a food processor add the cauliflower and process until it looks like rice, very small. Reserve.
- Peel and finely chop the onion
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add the cumin and sauté the onion until tender.
- Add the cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. It should be crisp.
