- olive oil

- Coarse salt
- Apple vinager
- Green onion
- Peel and dice beet. Cook with a little sea salt.
- Peel the onion and the garlic. Chop very fine.
- Wash and drain the beets once cooked.
- In a bowl, mix the beet, the green onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic and the dressing (vinegar, sea salt, and olive oil).
