- Minced beef meat
- dill pickles
- olive oil
- egg yolk
- Spicy sauce
- Season the ground beef (you could even ground your own.)
- Chop the onion, capers and chilli as finely as possible.
- Add the meat to a bowl with the chopped vegetables and a little mustard, some drops of Tabasco, pepper, a good splash of extra virgin olive oil and salt. Mix well and, if you can, leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes so the ingredients will tenderize the meat.
- When it is just right, make it into the shape of a volcano and put an egg yolk into the gap.
