  1. Wash the peppers in plenty of water and cut them in half.
  2. Pre­heat the oven.
  3. Put the pepper halves onto an oven tray.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 18 degrees C, 350 degrees F, Gas Mark
  5. When the peppers are almost cooked, crack the eggs and pour them inside. Leave in the oven until the whites are no longer transparent.
  6. Season to taste.
