- Red pepper
- Wash the peppers in plenty of water and cut them in half.
- Preheat the oven.
- Put the pepper halves onto an oven tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 18 degrees C, 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4.
- When the peppers are almost cooked, crack the eggs and pour them inside. Leave in the oven until the whites are no longer transparent.
- Season to taste.
