Baked Artichokes and Peppers

  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper

  1. Wash the ingredients in plenty of water, if necessary add a little vinegar or lemon juice and leave to soak to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned.
  2. Thinly slice the artichokes and cut the peppers in half, removing the seeds.
  3. Place vegetables on an oven tray, season and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-­30 minutes at 180 degrees C, 350 degrees F, or Gas Mark 4 until cooked through.
