Apple Pomegranate Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Brussels sprout
  • Apple juice
  • Orange juice
  • Pomegranate
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F(190ºC). Toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil, apple cider, and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay on a baking sheet, being careful not to overcrowd (use two baking sheets if necessary.) Roast for 35-40 minutes, until sprouts are browned and tender.
  3. Toss with the pomegranate seeds before serving.
