Make your way through 14 phases of training from pre-season to the world championships in Qatar. Each phase has 5 to 7 intense trainings complete with functional training workouts to increase mobility, build strength and endurance, and push you to perform at high levels.

Prepare for each race like Jonathan would, taking into account the demand of the course and specific technique needed to ride better, stronger, and faster.

Each program circuit will focus on a different aspect of racing like precision, strength, and endurance.
