How to do a Superman

Lie on the ground facing down with your arms extended in front of your head as if you were superman. Raise your legs and arms simultaneously from the ground.

Count one repetition per extension.

Note:

– Raise arms and legs as much as you can.
– Keep your arms and legs straight.
– Relax your neck and shoulders.
– The head has to follow the path of the arms.
