Spider push up

During this push up one knee tries to touch the elbow on the same side. Repeat with the opposite knee and elbow.

Count one repetition per push up.


– Face forwards.
– Keep your body in a straight line.
– Your chest should touch the floor.
– Bend your knee until it touches your elbow. Don’t worry if you can’t manage yet, you will gain flexibility as you train.
