How to do a Pyramidal stretching

– Start on your back with arms stretched out to the side and legs extended.
– Bend one leg and bring it across the body toward the opposite hand. Hold and then return to the starting position.
– Repeat with the opposite leg.

Note:

– You must feel the sensation of the muscle stretches without going so far as to feel pain.
– The stretching exercises are performed at a leisurely pace.
