How to do a Mountain climber

Lie facing down on the floor in a Mckenzie position (legs resting on the floor, arms stretched out, creating a back stretch) jump your feet up bringing them level with your hands, keeping your legs as straight as possible. Jump back to regain your starting position.

Count one repetition per jump.

– This is a powerful exercise, ensure that you use explosive movements.
– Try to keep your legs straight after jumping.
