This knee push up consists of carrying out a rise and fall motion from a knee push up position into a Mckenzie stretch. The movement is similar to passing underneath a bar held at head height.
Count one repetition per push up.
Note:
– Make sure you are kneeling down.
– Carry out the movement as if you were passing underneath a bar that you must not touch.
– Control the stretch.
– Do not return directly to the starting position, instead carry out exactly the same movement but in reverse to return.
