How to do a Free thruster

Starting from a standing position, squat down whilst touching your knees with your elbows. When returning to the starting position, stretch your arms up above your head.

Count one repetition per squat.

– Touch your knees with your elbows.
– Stretch your arms and back during the lift.
– Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
