– Place one hand on the back of the other and project arms to the front.
– Feel a stretch in the back up through the arms.
– Keeping the stretch, in a circular motion, rotate your hands above your head.
– Change the position of the hands.
– With the arms above the head, rotate the arms in a circular movement to the starting position.
– You must feel the sensation of the muscle stretches without going so far as to feel pain.
– The stretching exercises are performed at a leisurely pace.
