Mammoth Hunters’ exercises are functional training movements that use your own bodyweight. With Mammoth Hunters, you exercise without equipment. You can workout from home, from the office, in a hotel, outdoors, or in the free weight area of your gym (if you haven’t cancelled it yet!).
We believe exercise is accessible to everyone, and should be performed in movements that simulate real life activities resembling what our bodies evolved to do: hunt, gather, and escape predators–to stay alive! Remember, your body’s DNA has 100,000 years of fitness experience.
Our program combines these exercises in balanced and unique ways to give you efficient workouts that take 7-20 minutes to complete.
