Session of high/medium intensity with fixed repetitions. Diversity of exercises in the circuit is important.

How to do an Interval Reps Workout

Complete the specified number of laps of an exercise circuit in the least time possible.


– 5-10 exercises included
– Performed at 90% intensity
– Sessions last 7-18 minutes


4 laps without rest between them of the following circuit:
– 10 free thrusts
– 10 burrols
– 10 push ups
– 10 walking planks
