A session of total engagement and motivation that focuses on a repetition goal, and a penalization for resting. The goal is to reach high intensity with active rests.

How to do a Hard Stop Workout

Complete repetitions of each exercise as fast as possible, with the least pauses possible. Each time you stop, perform repetitions of a set number of another previously selected complimentary exercise.


– 2 exercises included
– Performed at 90% intensity
– Sessions last 5-15 minutes


– 100 Situps with jumps (challenge)
– 15 V Situps (penalization for stopping before finishing challenge reps)
